  • Help plan contractor events, trainings, vendor meetings, and customer events.
  • Take ownership of special projects and help turn ideas into action.

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • 3+ years of executive assistant, administrative, sales support, marketing coordination, or similar experience.
  • Experience supporting a senior leader.
  • Strong Google Workspace skills.
  • Experience managing business social media.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow through skills.
  • Ability to travel between Berkeley and Concord.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
You’re making life easier for the people you support. Meetings are prepared, follow-ups happen without reminders, sales reporting is accurate and on time, marketing projects stay moving, and events run smoothly. Most importantly, you become a trusted partner who can be counted on to keep things moving.
