What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting customers with loading materials and filling orders.
Directing customers to the appropriate areas of the yard.
Reading invoices and order tags to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient yard.
Stocking lumber and building materials.
Communicating with team members using radios and other tools.
Safely operating forklifts and equipment (training available for the right candidate).
Working together with coworkers to keep operations running smoothly.
Helping solve customer questions and concerns with a positive attitude.

Safety is our number one priority, and every team member plays an important role in creating a safe environment for coworkers and customers.

What We're Looking For:

Previous yard, warehouse, construction, lumber, landscaping, delivery, or outdoor labor experience is helpful but not required.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to follow directions and work safely.
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Standing, walking, and moving throughout the day.
Loading and unloading materials.
Operating equipment and machinery safely.

Working around moving equipment and vehicles in a busy yard environment.
